  • Payment Methods: Transactions are processed securely through PayPal or Stripe.

  • Refund Policy: We provide a 7-day refund period for test purchases, irrespective of the reason. Please note that custom commissions, YCH (Your Character Here) auctions, and mentorship sessions are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • 3.Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

  • Personal Artwork: GabyT retains full commercial rights to personal artworks unless the client has explicitly purchased these rights.

  • Commissioned Artwork: Clients are granted rights for personal use. Commercial rights are transferable only upon explicit purchase.

  • Student Creations: Students enrolled in our courses retain full ownership and commercial rights to their original works.

  • 4.Mature Content (NSFW)

  • Access Restrictions: Mature content is exclusively available for anatomical studies within our educational courses.

  • Age Requirement: Users must be at least 18 years old to access mature educational content.
